On September 6, 2013 Megan Martin & David Reyna were married. They met each other at a party almost 5 years to the day of their wedding. David notice Megan at the party talking to one of their mutual friends and thought she was really cute and had a nice smile. After David found the courage to speak to Megan the two hit it off and he ended up getting her number by the end of the night. About 3 years after they first met David decided he was going to propose. He knew she was the woman for him. It was a December night and they went out to a nice restaurant and finished the night walking through the freezing Chicago streets. When they arrived home David got down on one knee and the rest was history.
Their wedding day was so beautiful!! We started with some fun getting ready shots at the hotel and then did a cute “first look” before heading to the Morton Arboretum. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The sun was out and there was a slight breeze with moderate temperatures. Gorgeous day for an outside ceremony. After talking some shots of the bridal party and Megan & David all around the grounds the ceremony began. It was like something out of a storybook. So romantic and intimate! I love outdoor ceremonies. After that everyone had a great time eating, drinking and carrying on at the reception. Megan did a cute dance with her Dad to “Sweet Home Chicago”.
I want to thank Megan & David for choosing me to capture their unbelievable wedding day. They were so wonderful and easy going and I’m certain they will have so many beautiful future moments as husband and wife! You can tell they are very compatible and so cute together!
