On May 14th, 2011 Sanja Karamehmedovic & Ryan Burklow were married! They were married in the cutest little chapel I have ever seen! It had so much character! I started by meeting Sanja at the hotel where she was getting ready with her sister. After that we headed over to the beautiful Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus for some shots of Sanja & Ryan before heading over to the Wayside Chapel in Palos Park. The chapel was located at the top of this green lush hill tucked away in the trees. So quaint and lovely. It drizzled most of the day but we made the most of it and was very fortunate to have the weather cooperate with us in the beginning of the day. After the beautiful ceremony we headed over to Maggiano’s Banquet in Oak Brook for the cocktail hour and reception. The room was gorgeous with tons of dark wood everywhere! Once the party got started the guests were clearly having a blast dancing all night. As you can see I got some great dancing shots!! I also want to give a shout out to Ernst Jacobsen, my second shooter, who did a wonderful job capturing the day with me as well! Sanja & Ryan I wish you both many happy years together!
